Oxygen

Behind this children's story, there was a dark hidden message. Was he trying to warn us? Did he predict we would act and be like this?

I let the darkness close around me.I let myself fall deeper.

Once again, I am falling. I thought I found a way out.

Like an angel, I fell from the sky, my wings broken and ripped to shreds.

I’m holding onto those memories we had, clinging

Band-aids don’t fix bullet holes. You shot me down, why am I still alive?

I’m bleeding out, it’s your hand on the gun.

Butterfly tattoo on my wrist I could have saved you But I was too busy trying to save myself.
