its always to talk about things. I am 15. I went through foster care as a kid and didn't get adopted till 5th grade. It was difficult. I dont know what your beliefs are but what I do when I need to talk is talk to God. I talk to him like I would any person. No one else is around when I do so I talk out loud. Some times i yell.
