Nothing is going to be alright,
I can’t look away from your face,
Your fingertips can’t ignite
What the sky can’t embrace.

I wish you could stay
But our love is dead,
And yet we both know it’s not ok
And our hearts broke, tears shed

Waving goodbye, broken smiles,
In my thoughts, a demon slips past,
Time passed, a slow turning of the dial,
And just like that, love can disappear that fast.
