Everything's Gonna Be Alright

Just another walk on windy day
feel the breeze ride through the trees
the leaves they dance as the world it turns
for everyone like me and you.

Pick a choice, gonna make it joy
live in a land where time it stands
with a tiny light it warms the heart
making our gestures so sincere.

Take a glance at what surrounds
look in the eyes of youthful lives
it's the moment we share deep inside
in our bodies and our souls.

Don't cry staring at the sky
I see everything's gonna be alright
Don't shy away, love is here to stay
I hear everything's gonna be alright.

It's a strange new world everyday
evil it comes, but goods are done
to bend the mind in fascination
for everyone in this motherland.

Poor thoughts they rid the streets
as fakes they make their way,
but don't forget hope in humankind
with a little laugh and a smile.

Don't cry staring at the sky
I sense everything's gonna be alright
Don't shy away, love is here to stay
I know everything's gonna be alright.

Take my hand, I'll show you faith
in the old and the young, hear what is told
the clouds may come as they like
but don't let the sun disappear.

Imagination rules the world
as society befogs reality
so release your wonders
and show the people what is true.

Don't cry staring at the sky
I see everything's gonna be alright
Don't shy away, love is here to stay
I hear everything's gonna be alright
Don't cry staring at the sky
I sense everything's gonna be alright
Don't shy away, love is here to stay
I know everything's gonna be alright.

Author Notes: Inspired from the song "La Penseur" by Autumn Silence.
