Fell Apart

Salty tears on my cheek,

My grasp can’t touch what I seek.

My thoughts are so scattered,

Though it feels like my heart shattered.

I wish we didn’t choose to fly,

Because now I have to kiss you goodbye.

I wish I never touched you hand,

Because the hurt is something I can’t withstand.

I wish I could take back all the words I said,

Because I would rather be in your arms instead.
