I could be just walking down the street and I can see a car and just think, "What if they kidnap me? What would I do?" It happens everytime I go on a walk.
For my house, I can look at my father and my brother and just think "What if they rape me? What if we had sex right now?" I always shivered at that thought.
I can see a kid and think, "What would happen if I were to kick it?"
"I can look at a person and think, "Murder them. Just kill them they're alone, no one will know." I hate that thought thinking about killing someone..
"I can look at a knife, gun, or anything that could kill someone and just think, "Kill yourself, no one would care anyways. Have you seen the way people see you?" I normally just ignore it but some people can't.
But you have to remember that these are just thoughts, normally what you don't even mean to think about. It's not like you have control over what you think about sometimes anyway.
