Art class started, the teacher speaking a few words of welcome then ushering them to work.
Jacob and Alexandra took their papers and returned to their desks. Alexandra immediately starts organizing her brushes and drawing. Jacob stared at his blank paper and rubbed the back of his neck.
"Anything? The teacher told us we could paint whatever we want?" Jacob whispered. "Yes," replied Alexandra, hastily scribbling on her paper.
"What are you doing?" Jacob asked, tilting his head, his black hair shifting with the movement. Alexandra tried not to stare.
"Eyes. I'm obsessed with drawing realistic eyes." She finished drawing the basics and started mixing colors with her thin paintbrush.
"Hm," Jacob grunted thoughtfully. He picked up a pencil and started drawing.
What is he doing?
