why had someone taken her notebook? Honestly, the nerve of some people...
everli looked around at the now crowded hallway, scanning certain students.
all of their heads just looked the same, nothing special or out-of-the-ordinary about any of them.
”i need to get to class...” she thought to herself -- out loud, suprisingly -- while scrambling quickly to her next class. she sat in the very back, and noticed something off about one guy.
he looked like he was hiding something, but was also making it hard to tell what. everli knew who this guy was: jeremy ross.
she may or may not have had a MAJOR crush on him all through middle school until her life went crashing down and she learned the realities of life.
yeah.
it sucks.
jeremy sat next to her and she frowned slightly. ignoring him, everli turned to the teacher who had started taking roll.
the class was going smoothly until she felt something poke at her arm.
