This painted such a great picture of the room, and the emotions..wonderful to read!
Now for a real review, if brief. The writing is very flowry, and poetic, and beautiful despite a few grammatical errors. The idea is really captivating, and I really like the part about the paw prints.
I have been here, and in my experience, the only way for it to not be displayed on your profile is if you go to edit it and make it private. I have several repeats....
I don't usually appreciate poetical prose, but I do really like this. I think you have talent, continue writing.....
