There is the basis here of a good story. However, clumsiness and failure to check your work before submitting it for publication is in danger of undermining your efforts.
I would advise that you re-read the site's Submission Guidelines. Your work, as presented, breaches a number of them. They are meant to HELP you produce the best work you are capable of. Ignoring them - or not bothering to red them at all - is really not a good idea...
The poem was really well put together, grabbed your attention, and most importantly, left an impression. It's brave of you to share your story, and because of that bravery, I have faith that you'll also be strong enough to fight this.

Absolutely can relate to this. I relate to almost everything in this, actually. We aren't so different. I have anxiety, depression, and ADHD, so my life is pretty much hell. and i had trouble in school. But, i believe in you. You can do this. Don't give up.

Hi- I can relate. I understand this poem perfectly, and I just want you to know that even though sometimes it feel like you're the only one in the entire world who exists, you're not alone. There is always somebody out there for you, they might just be tough to find.
