hey! i loved this little poem!
if you would like some constructive criticism i've got some:
it seems like you're trying a bit too hard to make things rhyme. not that there's anything wrong with that, but it seems a little awkward. not all poems need to rhyme at the end.
besides that, i think its amazing! great job!
I appreciate the way you tied it all together with “Perhaps I could start that tomorrow.â€
Well written, and I appreciate that I can relate to a lot of the thoughts you wrote about. Particularly about people being... “too normal.â€
This is true.i couldn't said it better myself.well written ,to the point you style is great.you have natural talent.you are going to become a great poet one day.keep it up.
So relatable! :)
Trying to find the balance between day-to-day responsibilities and your own well-being is a challenge, and it doesn’t help when you start to lose interest in the things you enjoy and your brain is being unkind. I hope you find the motivation to push through it and find joy in the little things, even if your life isn’t how you imagined. Proud of you for making it this far
Sometimes the sadness and emptiness we feel and think is exactly what we need. We aren't computers after all programmed to perform the same tasks over and over. It's a relatable position though that seems to be persistent nowadays.
Maybe it's just a phase or a search for a cure where there is none. We control our inside, but not the outside. Perhaps we look to the outside to fulfill the inside when we ought to measure our mind and reasoning for what and why we are. As for you writing this, the solution is probably closer than you think. You are processing the present comparing it to the past and now perceiving the future.
But, like the old saying goes, time will tell.
I wish you well on this journey of life.
Not many people have always had a perfect life. What we see on TV and social media is often highly selective, leaving the bad bits out. There's no one mould that everyone has to fit. Barring an unforseen calamity, you should have plenty of time to shape and enjoy the next stages of your life. We can't change the past but we can learn from it.
I hope this helps.
