Oh my gosh thank you. You just made my day and I feel like I can finally breathe again. I come from a family where anxiety and self hate is placed casually and it took some really big self control to not harm myself. I am always jittery, and blame it on caffeine and other household items, but really it's just me wanting to get out. But where do we go when we are out? But thanks, you're awesome and considerate!
