Short things can be cool. I wish I had psychology....
This is your best submission so far. My favorite, anyway.
The descriptions, like you said, are excessive, and if you don't feel like actively immersing yourself in it, it's probably impossible to get through this whole story. BUT, when I did immerse myself in it, it was pretty incredible how many layers of beauty were here, and how vividly I could see/hear/smell the forest.
DEFINITELY enjoyed this one more than your last submission.
I love how willing you are to share what you believe. It's very cool.
I think it's vital to trust others as much as you want them to trust you. This is not meant to be an argument, I really like this.
