This was so beautiful. It took my heart down, but in a good way.

This sounds a lot like the terrifying book Revelation. I like how you started the poem how you did, with sin breeding in the mind and taking over all. So true. The whole word play on reign and rain is cool here too. Definitely will be a scary time. But hey, we know the ending that Jesus wins. I also like these lines: "Danger it lives, freedom it dies/ rewriting rules of humanity." The entire push-and-pull of evil and good here is a cool topic. Our world is such a wild place.

Dude. Aaron. Hermano.
You got me with this one.

The words and how it flows, the structure of the sentences, like dang son. You got words, style and rhythm that can grab anyone's attention.

I also like the whole idea of how you made a piece of string more than a piece of string as it can be transformed into something beautiful.

P.S: You could totally rap this poem.

This is beautiful! I fully agree. You shouldn't judge people so easily. I also think that you should get to know a person before judging them, such as the girl you spoke of. She might be going through something that you didn't know about. Just try to give people the benefit of the doubt, it might just change your perspective on everything!

This makes me think of a book I've been reading, "12 Rules For Life" by Jordan Peterson. One of the rules he suggests is "Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today." We're all extremely flawed, and comparing ourselves to other people (or worse, comparing them to us) doesn't help anyone improve.
