I can neither confirm nor deny if any or all of my writing has personal significance.

Fear Just Isn't Her Color by NorthernPhoenix

I like the way this is written; how it's an analogy, but also just a fun little snippet of some gossips at a ball or whatever. It's fun to imagine what the people I know in life would wear, or what I would wear, in this world. Nice work.

Nobody by NorthernPhoenix

Honestly I really like this poem, even if it is a bit melodramatic. I like how it's all kind of just stated as a fact, not as the speaker necessarily feeling sorry for themselves. It's an interesting idea.

Dear ________ by Thomas Ray

I've been here. It sucks.
I don't think I would call it cheesy; the speaker has a sense of self-awareness that keeps it from being over the top, without taking away from the emotion of the story, which personally I felt very strongly. It has good flow. Great work!

Letters Across the Sea by Thomas Ray

Ooh, I really like this one. I like the unique style of telling a story through letters, especially at the end where we can only assume we know why the brother quit writing. This is a story that I would want more of, except I don't know if it could work to expand on it; that would change the feel of it. Anyway, really good work.

Princess by Thomas Ray

Haha, this is such a mood! There wasn't much depth to the story of the princess and the knight, but it was a fun drabble and I can always appreciate reversed gender roles. The break away to the author's perspective entertained me greatly. Nice work.

The Good Die Young by Skylar

I actually enjoyed this very much. It's an intriguing idea that really makes you think about like and death and good and bad. All that stuff. Great work.
