Come Back by spensa_stormblessed

The despair of not being able to keep our loved ones alive, when they venture into dangerous duty, given poetic words!

Formidable, relatable, and heart-touching piece of poetry.

"It's the Road That Leads to Nowhere" by Phoenix

Wise poetry, full of figures of speech.

``Let us hope that she survives her foolishness long enough to become strong enough for the life she has to live?´´

The Insatiable Hunger for Murder That Wrecked His Thoughts. by Mit Thi Drugon

``Well, ladies & gentlemen, here we read a story of another person possessed by the ghost of Agatha Christie, who tries to score some more bestsellers on murder & getting away with it.´´

A very straight-to-the-point person of someone, who chose to be homicidal. I liked the flow, and the ending was fine as well.

Traumatic Endings by tmunroe

A good, small poem on the nature of crime (in this case, home invasion).

Betrayal by Cryptic Doyinsola

A poem on a less symbolic form of betrayal.

Don't Let Negative Thoughts Win by Dona

Kudos for the idealism. Though, I had my share of life lessons on negative circumstances kept going on for the establishment's convenience. ``Thoughts rarely turn people into misanthropes, a toxic society in denial always does!´´

Handmaid Tale Detective Story by 413051

A nice mini-story on better not allowing regimes to go on.

Footwear by Scriptorius

A solid story on the reality of working as a private investigator aka sleuth (or private eye)!

In this ``case´´, it shows integrity being part of the job, as all people leave some thoughts unspoken & some suspicions guarded behind smiles.

Also: A violent-free tale, not one private eye shooting dozens of gangsters.
