So, there are lots of issues in the world, and the climate change argument is definitely one of them. The thing is, people with political agendas will lie about pretty much anything if it gets them what they want, and real scientists have actually gone unheard on this topic for a long time, because what they say doesn't fit their agenda.
Obviously the lyrics to this song aren't separating the issue from politics, I mean, the name Trump is in there. It's obviously political, which is the first issue. When things become political, we often let facts fall by the wayside, which is a huge problem, because if we can't see the problem from a neutral standpoint, coming up with a solution is gonna be impossible.
Second mistake was being on Tik Tok.... No offence, but I've never seen more stupidity in one place before.
I love the ending, and the main idea is really cool.
I really don't know how to critique poetry...
....... The swear adds nothing.
I'll be honest, this is hard to read because of the formatting. A few more paragraphs would be super helpful. The story itself feels very playful, and I look forward to more of it.
Sorry for the four stars.... I really like the mood of this poem, it matches my mood right now.
I really relate to this. I love it. One thing that might be better is if instead of "I then say I'm sorry" it says "you listen as I say I'm sorry" because I feel like most of this poem is directed to "you". Most lines start with "you" and so on and so forth. So continuing with that seems more natural.
Still, I love the emotions behind this.
Depression is a sympton, not an illness in and of itself. And what feels so wrong about therapy is that people with depression don't want to be fixed. They already feel broken, they don't want to be treated like a malfunctioning machine.
